congratulations!

Becoming a parent is wonderful and exciting, but it can also be
full of challenges and information overload. Sometimes you just need an expert eye, a clear plan and some reassurance.

I offer home visits supporting you to have the best start possible with breastfeeding, before and after you have had your baby, in privacy and comfort.

I cover Oxfordshire but am happy to travel to surrounding areas or to have an online consultation.

about me

I have been a registered nurse for 26 years, for the past five years, in obstetrics and before that working across surgery, critical care and overseas with Médecins Sans Frontières, a medical humanitarian aid agency.

I have three children, all of whom threw me some breastfeeding curve balls, so I know first hand that breastfeeding can be tough yet also deeply rewarding. I trained to be an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) because of the challenges I faced.

I know that even just a little bit of extra support can make a huge difference to breastfeeding.

I think women and mums are absolutely amazing and I will do everything I can to help you.
